Frank Laxshimalla is Vice President of Equipment Supply at Integrated Sustainability, bringing over a decade of experience across project delivery, engineering, and operations. A Professional Engineer (B.Sc) and PMP, Frank has built his career leading complex infrastructure and energy-related initiatives. He spent the first five years of his career in Toastmasters, where he developed a strong foundation in communication and leadership.
