Pathway and River Cleanup

Starting at 10:00am, we’ll be at Griffith Woods Park in the Southwest until approximately 1:00pm.

Together, we’ll help keep Calgary clean and get to hang with friends new and old who share your passion and profession in environment and sustainability.

Afterwards, we will decide on somewhere to congregate, maybe a patio if it’s sunny!

To volunteer for the Pathway and River Cleanup, you must be:

• 12 years or older
• Accompanied by a parent or guardian (if you're between 12 and 17 years old)
• Physically fit
• Willing to get dirty
• Able to commit to three hours of clean up

For the day of the event, please consider bringing water for yourself. The following clothing is also recommended:

• Closed-toed shoes; sturdy footwear.
• Hat
• Gloves
• Long pants

Everything else you need will be provided upon arrival, like trash bags, and disposable gloves. Once you register you will receive an email with the exact address for parking and meet-up details.
